The third installment in the Modern Warfare series is scheduled for release on November 8th, 2011. This means that the game will end up being released just 1 year after the immensely successful Black Ops. Since the franchise is simultaneously developed by two different games studios (Infinity Ward for MWF3 and Treyarch for Black OPS), it’s entirely possible for the latest sequel to be released hot on the heals of the previous installment. From what I have seen so far, it does contain stronger language when compared to MW2. If you can overlook that, you should be fine. As far as the violence, there is an option to skip the more questionable parts of the game.

Ya I agree on the whole paying for the maps part, you guys are already getting us as fans buying your game all the money pays for its self. Kinda selfish you producers. Not to mention paying for live / : if anything microsoft should give you 10% of it so we just enjoy for what we pay for rather than 80 bucks a game

No. The makers of Call of Duty have made the promise that multi-player will always be free. So far they have lived up to that promise. The only additional fee that you can CHOOSE to pay is for Call of Duty Elite or downloading the additional map packs. See my FAQs page for more information.
In regards to spec ops, it will be in Modern Warfare 3.

mwf3 is going to be like all of the other call of dutys, it will be popular as all of the other call of dutys, just until the next call of duty comes out. my friend sold world at war for mwf2 an he sold that for black ops he just sold black ops to pre order mwf3. he said as soon as the next call of duty comes out hes going to sell mwf3 for it. Also i have been thinking of some names for the next call of dutys,……. how about…….. MW3 will be a MASSIVE FAIL and i really hope it does because you have to pay for survival mode ! think about it, a good quater of the people who bought MW2 and BLACK OPS was only for zombie mode coz seriously the hole campainge and multiplayer is soooo rubbish big time crap ! so MW3 will automatically lose a quarter of buyers as they will charge for survival. on top of that the only real thing they have made better is graphics. so what who cares. yes new maps ect but they could easy do that for black ops and upgrade it. its simple. oh and remember one thing we are the people who buy the game so we are the people who pay them their wages so if they get no sales then they dont get paid simple mathmatics hence the true reason why they will do absolutly every thing they can to sell their games. Kevin, come on, cod will never fail, its the best game on the market by a long way in the genre its in, only battlefield could rival it and thats just not in the same league in my opinion, the online player game is awesome , or has been in every previous game and im sure this like the previous cod games will be the biggest selling game of the year.
No, i dont agree with paying extra for the map packs, i would at least like the option of play before i buy as some have been pretty poor.

This game is awesome by far which I am sure you already know , the only thing I wished you would do is to ; Please match people like myself Who don’t play this game 24/7 to people like me …. What happens is I get 4 or 5 kills and 20 deaths which makes me feel like there is no way I can Ever compete with these gamers … it doesn’t want me to keep my Xbox live account when I am always matched up with these type of gamers…..
